Zoho Module

Introduction​

This module allows to send data from LoyJoy to Zoho Campaigns. Zoho Campaigns is an email marketing software. With this module you can add a customer to a mailing list in Zoho Campaigns when the customer agrees to receive marketing emails in the chat. The module then simply subscribes the customer's email address to the configured mailing list.

How to Use the Module​

You simply add the module to your agent flow and the configure the following parameters:

  • Client ID & Client Secret: Create these by creating a new self client in Zoho API Console.
  • API & Token URL: These are the URLs to retrieve the access token. For example for the EU data center, the API URL is https://campaigns.zoho.eu/ and the token URL is https://accounts.zoho.eu/.
  • Set the mode to Create recipient (only mode currently supported).
  • List ID: The ID of the mailing list in Zoho Campaigns to which the customer should be added. You can find the list ID in the URL when you open the list in Zoho Campaigns.
  • Topic ID: The ID of the topic in Zoho Campaigns to which the customer should be added.
