Click New agent in the Agents tab. A detailed walkthrough on creating an agent is here. You can also reach the template library via the left-hand menu.

In the template overview, search by keyword or browse the examples.

On each template page, test the chat immediately (click Live demo) or import it into your tenant via Add template.

You can then style and adapt the imported agent freely to your needs.
