Conversion Module

Introduction​

Create custom KPIs and track the conversion rate of your agent in the LoyJoy analytics and in the weekly analytics report via email. The process module triggers the event "conversion" that is emitted via LoyJoy JavaScript API.

How to use the conversion module​

1. Add the module​

Start by adding your conversion module to your agent and create a name for your conversion.

2. Track your conversion​

Whenever a users are passing the conversion module, your conversion increments. You can find your conversion in your agent analytics and in your tenant-wide analytics.
